So I almost never post here. I really should be adding pictures to my other blog or cleaning out the cat box. Today is St. Patrick's Day. I like to do this holiday up big, but in the last several years I've fallen off. In Arkansas, no special guests that I remember, although it's probably that one or two people joined us. In Texas there were people with stronger Irish claims so I felt strange about it, and in Oklahoma we had guests over for a meal once, and that was for a 4th of July BBQ. One of my friends reminded me this morning that I had a large following for my parties in Kansas. I really miss my Kansas friends. I miss Big Bend for the location and some really neat people. I miss Kansas for the lifelong friendships I made.
So celebrate the holiday and if nobody shows up other than family, then more for me!
